Non-Returnable Items

Natural pearl characteristics (e.g., minor surface texture, growth lines, or natural imperfections) that are not considered defects
Return Shipping

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 2–5 business days for inspection and processing. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different product, style, or color, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges follow the same eligibility conditions as returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
